Unit 1
Sometimes we stare at a place for a long time, that is, in a trance. I think that when people are in emotion or in a state for a long time, every part of the body can convey this emotion. What I show in this work is the different parts of our body, from the head, shoulders, hips, legs to feet, every part has emotions in it. Compared with, For example, the foot shows a sense of tension of self-protection, or an unconscious movement caused by a lack of security. The five pictures of the whole are curled up in their own shape, which makes this state more obvious.
Unit 2
I used a variety of shape symbols to represent the various parts of the body, square, circle, triangle, dot, line and surface combination. They convey emotions and states in their respective domains, a distracted pupil, a cowering back, an agitated posture, falling hair, an exposed nervous system. Each part shows a sense of unease and powerlessness in a difficult situation.
Unit 3
This work is called "The Absurd World"
“They are all in a cage, they are all trapped, they have no soul but an empty shell"
People blindly choose to follow the trend and become thoughtless, just an empty shell. People have no right to choose and are in a state of being chosen. What is more terrifying than product homogeneity is the homogeneity of people. What is more dangerous than low-price competition is people's misplaced choices. What is more alarming than the wave of corporate failures is the wave of people's elimination.
The people being sold symbolize that people have no right to choose, and the people in the trash can symbolize people who are eliminated and abandoned by society at any time. I used this form to show the absurd world .
